Haley
OWNER/MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
Haley Barbera is the passionate Owner and Medical Aesthetician at Elite. She is originally from Nashville, Arkansas, and now based in Baton Rouge. Haley received a Bachelor’s in Mass Communications from LSU and formal training from D'Jay's School of Beauty, Haley has been a Licensed Aesthetician for 13 years. Her deep passion for medical aesthetics goes far beyond just skin care—she is dedicated to helping her patients build confidence and feel their very best.
Haley takes great pride in delivering top-tier care, while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where each patient feels like part of the SPSSA “elite family.” As she puts it, "The most rewarding thing about my job is knowing I play even the tiniest role in building the confidence of my patients. Seeing those kinds of transformations is what it's all about!"
Outside of her work, Haley enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old son, Tristan, and escaping to the mountains to hike and connect with nature.
JAMIE
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
With over 12 years of experience in the customer service and retail industry, Jamie combines her passion for building meaningful relationships with her expertise in client care. A graduate of LSU with a degree in Business and Fashion Merchandising, she has a solid foundation in both business and aesthetics, allowing her to thrive in various customer-focused environments.
Jamie’s recent experience in the med spa industry has been especially fulfilling. She is passionate about learning new technologies and staying up-to-date on the latest skincare innovations. This enthusiasm for cutting-edge treatments enables her to provide clients with informed recommendations and the highest level of service.
She is dedicated to meeting patients' needs, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and confident in their choices.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys the beach, exploring new destinations, and staying active with Pilates. As a mom of three, she has mastered the art of multitasking, managing her time between her career, family, and personal interests.
